Mike told me that you are having the A level exam at the beginning of July. I suppose you have been studying hard lately. Did you have enough time to rest? Remember that if you want to be well prepared, you have to organize time well. It is important not only to learn, but also to rest and relax. You should sleep 8 hours every night and go out from time to time.

It is also important to eat healthy and regularly. You need to eat fruit and vegetables, but also some nuts and almonds. Take long walks from time to time and exercise a bit- it makes you feel less tired.
