Last holiday I went to Croatia on scuba-diving camp. By now, I consider diving my most exciting achievement. I must admit, that I hadn't ever been especially fond of sports before this camp. However, after trying scuba-diving, my attitude towards physical activity changed dramatically. Until I went to Croatia, I had had no idea about the staff needed for professional diving. It was my father, who made me go to this camp. I must say that when the camp started, I was truly frightened. Scuba-diving seemed to be a kind of sport, which requires physical strength. One has to be able to put on a tank and heavy belt. Fortunately, it appeared to be not as difficult as I expected. A person, who is diving, finds himself/ herself in deep water. Thanks to the tank, you can breathe easily. Your body seems to be lighter and more flexible. I found such situation really exciting. I discovered that the world deep in water is not the same as the reality outside it. Diving, one feels relaxed. It is a place, where you don't think about your problems. You may concentrate on admiring wonderful scenery that surrounds you.
When the school starts, I don't have any opportunity of scuba-diving. The only thing I can do is to take care of the wonderful memories. Every night I dream about the world that exists under water. I would like to tell all people, who hesitate taking up some new activity, that the most important thing is to stop thinking and start doing things. Gaining new experiences is always very positive.
