In my opinion there is nothing good in living under stress. Nevertheless, we have to deal with it everyday. Numerous situations may cause stress. It can appear in school, at work or at home. The psychologists say that hectic life style as well as poor conditions of living make our lives more stressful. Additionally, being lonely or ill strengthens stress. The most common problems arise at our work-places and at school. Many working people complain on their headmasters and directors that they have unreal expectations, which cannot be met. The unemployed, on the other hand, often get depressed and lose the hope for normal life. Those who feel the strong tension all the time, often lose self-confidence and their self-esteem lowers. People find different ways, not always effective and good for their health, to overcome stress.

What to do to make the live under stress easier? In my mind, most helpful may be friends and family. If they are close to you and you can rely on them, then they may help you solve several problems and relax yourself. Nevertheless, if someone doesn't want to deal his or her problems with family or friends, he or she should visit a psychologist. Nowadays, many people having stressful jobs and spend much time working, go to psychotherapist and get help there.

Stress influences not only our psyche, but also our bodies. The scientists proved that living under stress weakens people's immune system. Those who live under constant pressure, are likely to have high blood pressure, problems with sleep. Most heart attacks are caused by too much stress.

We should learn to avoid stress in our lives. If not, we may have many problems in the future. It seems very important to know, how to relax and get good rest. Most problems appear to us not as terrible if we are not tired. We may learn how to relax in everyday situations. We need to get to know how to breath deeply, how to be patient even if the situation seems stressful. Less stress in live helps us organize time more effectively. It is important that we realize, how important it is to stay calm.

When you are at school you are exposed to stress every day. It is even worse, when you have some exams. The way to reduce tension is to try to believe in yourself and stop being afraid of everything. Even if you fail some exam, it is not the end of the world. You will have second chance.

In reducing stress, very helpful are different hobbies. You can read a book, watch TV, go to the cinema or do some sport. To help yourself, you should try to understand, where does stress come from in your life. It happens that the problems are deeply psychological, but many of them can be easily solved.
